By Train : You can reach to Bhopal by train from any city of India and from Bhopal there are frequent taxi services for Bhojpur. It is just 28 kms from Bhopal.

Amarkantak is a pilgrim town in the district of Anuppur that comes under state of Madhya Pradesh , India. This place is the origin of holy river Narmada.its is the meeting point of the Vindhya and the Satpura Ranges with the Maikal hills being the fulcrum.Not only river Narmada but also  Sone and Johila rivers emerge here.It is situated at an altitude of 1000 m. Its a very famous and frequently visited Hindu pilgrimage town and is also known as "Teerthraj".There is a place in Amarkantak known as "Kabirchabutra" is said to be the place where famous sant and poet Kabir had Meditated.This place is full of forests where you can find rich variety of medicinal plants.

Kapildhara Fall : Its the point from where the river narmada falls down a 24m deep.

By Rail : Pendra road railway station is the nearest railway station located at about 40 km from amarkantak. Pendra railway station is between Bhopal and Durg station.
By Bus : Amarkantak is very well connected by frequent bus,taxi services from town Jabalpur,Shahdol,Rewa,Bilaspur,Anuppur and Pendra Road.

Kanha National Park (A Tiger Reserve)

Kanha National Park is India's one of the most densed and beautiful forest. It is a place you would like to visit time and again. It is a Tiger reserve located in the state of Madhya Pradesh.The Kanha National Park  came into being in 1955. It is a part of Tiger Reserve, created in 1974 under Project Tiger.
The rare feature of the place the preservation of the rare hard ground Swamp Deer , which is also known as "Barasingha" in hindi language.
One of the main highlight of this place is Bamni dadar, also known as sunset point that offers the most awe-inspiring backdrop of the sunset against grazing Sambhars and Gaurs. Now lets talk about the most attractive part of this place which is the presence of Tiger. This is one of the rare places in India that projects tiger. now a days Tiger sightings is India is became very rare reason being the tiger killings. Government have made many efforts to preserve Tigers from extinction. The Project tiger was launched in India in 1972 as conservation programme for saving the Indian Tiger Population.
Now lets know some basics about kanha national park:-
Area : 1,945 sq km
Altitude : 600-900 m above sea level
The park was created in 1955 by a special law and, since then, it has dedicated itself in preserving a variety of animal species. Many endangered species have indeed been saved here. Today Kanha is among the few most scenic and beautiful wildlife reserves in Asia. 
Animals you can find in this place are :    Blackbuck, Swamp deer, Cheetal , 
Royal Bengal Tiger, leopards,sloth bear, Barasingha, Indian wild dog , birds and many more.
Nocturnal animals like fox, hyena, jungle cat, civets, porcupine, ratel or honey badger and hares can be seen outside the park confines.Reptiles like pythons, cobras, krait, rat snakes, vipers, keelbacks and grass snakes are nocturnal animals, and are therefore rarely seen. There are many species of turtles as well as amphibians found in or near the water bodies. How to reach : Jabalpur, the most convenient place to approach the Park from, has the nearest airport (175 km). Mandla (70 km) has a good connection with Kanha and there is a tourist taxi service from Jabalpur to the national park. From Jabalpur, the best way to travel is via Mandla and Nainpur.
There are three gates for entrance into the Park. The Kisli gate is best accessed from Jabalpur and stops at the village Khatia, inside the buffer area. The second gate is at Mukki and the third, most recently opened, gate is at Serai. 

Best time to visit Kanha :- 

 The park is open daily from 15th of October to 30th June. 

The opening timing for Kanha National Park is :
1. 15 November to 15 February - Sunrise to 12.00 noon and 3.00 pm to Sunset
2. 16 February to 30 April - Sunrise to 1200 noon and 4.00 pm to Sunset
3. 1 May to 30 June - Sunrise to 11.00 am and 5.00 pm to Sunset

Bandhavgarh national park is one of the famous national parks in India.
It is located in the Umaria district of the state of madhya pradesh India.
It was declared a national park in the year 1968.It has a total area of 105 square km. 
The density of tiger population at Bandhavgarh is one the highest in India.

It is famous worldwide for Great Stupa. It is 46 km away from Bhopal, capital of Madhya Pradesh. It is the oldest stone structure of India.
